My little boys chose this for my birthday. The first day i wore it i was walking and felt something down my top when i looked it had snapped. I've emailed but still haven't heard anything as of yet. Really disappointed.

Hello Maricar and thank you for your question regarding the Argento Silver Engraving Bar Necklace.
As of 12.03.19, we are currently in the process of adding this item to our online engraving range, so our customers can upload what they want engraved live on the site. In the meantime, we advise that you do one of two things. Either call our customer services team on 02890473483 and they will take the order for you over the phone or, place the order and write in the order notes what you want engraved. As a note, if you choose that option, our customer services team will still need to contact you, as they will need to get you authorisation to take the £5.95 engraving charge.
We have also checked with our engraving team and they have informed us that they can fit approximately 12 characters on either side of the bar, as both sides are blank.
