Hello, I would like to get this bracelet engraved but is the engraving on the outside or inside of the bracelet? I would like it to be on the inside, can this be done?

Hello Debbie and thank you for your question regarding the Argento Silver Crystal Hearts Bar Bracelet.
We can confirm that the engraving is meant to be on the outside and we can engrave 12 characters. We have spoken to the engraving team who have confirmed that they could also engrave the inside, but we much make you aware that there is a 925 stamp in the middle of the back of the bar. Therefore, we could only engrave 6 characters either side of the 925 stamp.
If you would like the back of the bar engraved, after you select "engrave for £5.95", at the bottom of that page where you enter in the message you would like engraved, you will see a text box which states, "Our professional engravers will personalise your message to best fit the product. If you have specific instructions or requests please state below". Please leave the note there that you would like the back of the bar engraved, as opposed to the front and that will get picked up by the engraving team.
