We can confirm that once a product has been engraved, it is no longer in its original sale-able condition and cannot be resold. Unless there is fault with the engraving or the jewellery, we do not offer a full refund. We do however offer a 50% refund on any engraved item that has been purchased online and returned within 19 days of dispatch.
