I bought the gift card for my friend for her birthday, it arrived on time and was neatly presented and I was really happy, however when my friend came to use it she had problems activating the card as you need to ring the customer service department, it took 2 attempts for it to be activated which was a pity but once she applied it to the website they charm she bought arrived quickly and with no postage. It wouldn't put me off buying a voucher again but maybe you need to look into another way to activate the cards
Ordered gift voucher for sisters birthday but was emailed to me. I didnt get it for 2 days then forwarded it on. She had problems actioning it and had to email you. Sorted in the end. Would be better if at checkout could put recipients email address with short message.

Please put any additional notes at the basket stage if you would like the voucher emailed to the recipient, and you can always email email@example.com with any further instructions. We always as that custmers call us prior to setting any voucher live online as a security measure for your protection.
