Hello! My son gave me a voucher from Argento for Mother's Day. The piece of jewelery (Nakamol Beaded White Leather Cuff) I would like to buy is not stocked by the outlet here in Sligo. Can I order this online, have it delivered to the Sligo shop and pay for it when it arrives. The cuff is more than the voucher value so it will be a part voucher / part cash transaction. Many thanks!

Simply use the voucher online, you can email customerservices@argento.com with the voucher code, and we will enable it for online use and email you confirmation when it is available for use (usually within the hour if between 9 and 5 daily), and you can have the product delivered to your door, and any additional payment can be made at the checkout on the website in Euros. Please remember to add the gift voucher code to the website where it states "Please enter any Promotional or Gift Voucher Codes here" at the basket page. Argento

I bought a gift voucher for £50 last November as a gift for my daughter but she mislaid it and so it has never been used. I understand that the voucher is only valid for six months but is there any possibility of extending this period as £50 is a lot to lose.

Unfortunately Argento's policy states that a gift voucher has a limit of 6 months in which to use it. We are not able to waiver from this in fairness to other customers as the policy applies to everyone.
I would urge you to have another good look for the gift voucher because unfortunately I am unable to help you in this matter.
