At Argento, most of our personalisation is completed within two working days.

We hope to have the order dispatched within two working days, however we cannot guarantee same day dispatch due to the nature of the skills involved.

Once a product has been personalised, it is no longer in its original saleable condition and cannot be resold. Unless there is fault with the personalisation or jewellery we do not offer a full refund. We do however offer a 50% refund on any engraved item that has been purchased online and returned within 19 days of dispatch. Any spelling errors due to incorrect information provided by you will not deemed an error by Argento.

If a font is not specified on the original order our engraving team will use the default font, Comic Sans.

We cannot offer refunds for engraved items purchased in store, unless the error is Argento's.

Text which may be deemed inappropriate and/or libellous, racist or offensive will not be engraved

Handwriting Engraving Guidelines

Add a personal touch with our handwriting engraving service. Find out how it works with our easy guideline below:

• Write your message on plain white paper with a black pen (no lined paper)
 
• Take a photo of your message from above. Please ensure there are no shadows, the handwriting is clear, and the full message fits in the image.
 
• Upload your image to the add engraving section of your chosen product.
 
Our customer service team will contact you if there are any issues with your image. Our engraving team may need to move the position of your handwriting, depending on the product being engraved.
