Ordered this for my wife and another charm and the tool to fit charms. Totally satisfied, especially with the packaging and speed of delivery. The packaging the items come in look like they came straight from Harrods and the gift boxes plus a gift bag was a very professional touch. I would fully recommend this company to anyone....***EXCELLENT***
