Firstly as I said above overall I'm delighted with this purchase. However I thought the packaging could have been better. When I opened the packaging, the charm fell out and slipped down the side of my armchair without me noticing. For a few moments I thought it hadn't been sent. Perhaps the charm needs to be in a box or an easy to spot envelope.
