Our Nomination charms er laser engraved, and so we can accommodate your request, as long as you are aware that the space for the engraving is small. Just add into the box at the baske page of the checkout process your request for a heart to be added. Email the customer services team on customerservices@argento.com with your email address on completion of your order too.

Hello, it saying to edit it to use the preview window, but this just makes it larger, i am wanting to see how it looks over 3 lines but its not writing the right things on each line for me?

Hello Emma and thank you for your query regarding the Nomination Gold Plate Engraving Charm. On this charm, we cannot engrave over 3 lines, due to the size of the engraving plate on the charm. In total, we can only fit 22 characters on the charm and this includes space and characters.

Hello Emma and thank you for your question regarding the Nomination Gold Plate Engraving Charm.
At Argento, we engrave using a high powered fibre laser created by jewellery specialists. This produces the deepest and most accurate effect and clarity on even the smallest of pieces. Please be aware that when we engrave rose gold or any metal, the laser peels away the layers of that material, leaving the image or words in place. The colour will not change to be anything other than the original colour of the metal which you are engraving.

We can confirm that they were previous responses, when we were running a free engraving promotion. Currently (with today being 10.12.18), engraving costs £5.95 and there is no free engraving.
