Brilliant service & communication
I ordered two of these charms to be engraved one for myself and one for my daughter who had just had a baby but I mistakenly put the incorrect date to be engraved onto the charms, think it must of been all the excitement of becoming a grandparent again, anyway Customer Services couldn’t of been more helpful, I returned both free of charge and received them back all within 4 days, I am one very very happy customer can’t recommend Argento enough and would have no doubt in ordering again from them and would definitely recommend them, Thankyou
