When you select "engrave this model", at the bottom right of the page, there is a free text box and if you have specific instructions or requests please put your request there. Essentially, the heart symbol can be the same size as the letters you choose. The letter size options are also on this page, so please add what size you want the heart to be in the specific instructions box.

Hi just want to confirm that you can add a Fada over one of the letters as I am looking to have a Gaelic name engraved. Also when I type in the name and select the larger font the name appears to align to the right hand side.
Will this be centered. ?

I can confirm that we can engrave a fada over any letter and we carry this out on a regular basis for our customers. At the bottom of the webpage where you leave the message which you want engraved, there is a text box which states, "Our professional engravers will engrave your personalised message to best fit the product. If you have specific instructions or requests please state below:" Please leave a note in that box
Also, when typing what you want engraved, if you use the "AltGr" button, which is to the direct right of the space bar, and select that button, along with whatever letter you want the fada to be over, it automatically outs the fada over that letter. Therefore, this will be noted twice on your order, to ensure it will be picked up by our engraver.

Regarding this, yes, we are able to engrave a name on the charm diagonally starting in the bottom left corner. We can also engrave a solid heart underneath the name and our engraver would make it fit to best suit the charm. Naturally, the less letters in the name, the more clearer it would be.
If going ahead with the order, please ensure you select the "engrave this model" option on the webpage and then after adding what you want engraved to the text box, select "add text" on the following webpage.
At the bottom of that webpage, you will see a text line that says, "Our professional engravers will engrave your personalised message to best fit the product. If you have specific instructions or requests please state below". You can add that you would like it diagonally there and also that you would like a heart under the name. Please be as specific as you can, for example, would you want the heart to fill out the rest of the charm or under a certain letter, etc.

After you select the "Engrave For £5.95" option, it will take you to the next page and to the right of the image, there is three text boxes. It you put the name in the top text box and the DOB in the next one and then select the box to the right of that which says, "Add Text", you will be able to view what you want engraved. Please also select the font and size you require and our engraver will fit it to best suit your order.

We hope to have the order dispatched within 48 working hours, however, we cannot guarantee same day dispatch, due to the nature of the skills involved. You delivery timeframe is then added on top of that, so depending on which option you choose at checkout, that would determine how fast it was delivered after the engraving was completed.

I can confirm that I have just completed a dummy order of this and it's working fine. After selecting "engrave for £5.95", it then took me to the next page to add my engraving, on which there are two separate text boxes to add your engraving. I then put "Love Luck" on the top text box and "& laughter" in the bottom text box. I then selected, "add text" which is to the right of it and that added the engraving message. It should work, so maybe down to your device. If tying on a mobile, perhaps try a desktop or tablet device, to see if that helps. Alternatively, please call customer services on 02890473483, who can complete a telesale over the phone for you.

When I select engraving I just get 1 option which is 2 lines of text with a limit of 6 characters, no font or size options.
In some of the other answers it indicates a lot more characters with the font & size options.

We had to get a new engraving machine that has different functionality than the previous one. Therefore, the options you now see are what we can engrave. We you add the text you want engraved, it then gives you the option to choose your font.

I would like my daughters name engraved on this charm but it is 8 characters (Michelle). The section that asks you to add the personalisation only shows you two sections each allowing six characters, but in the questions section it states that you can add up to 22 characters on a charm. I guess what i'm asking is is there any chance of having my daughters name Michelle added to the charm on one line as when trying to add it in the text box it wont allow and wants me to split it up between the two text boxes.

When you see what you want engraved appear in the box to the right, click on that and the font option will appear. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page. You will also need to tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions” to proceed with any engraving order. If you have any problems, just chat to us again.
