We can confirm that the fonts we have available are Comic Sans, Courier New, Felipa, Lucida Sans & Times New Roman.
Please ensure you click on the words to the right of the image on the product page which state, “Add Engraving? It’s Free”, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. If ordering this charm on a desktop site, you can also see a preview of the different fonts and how your engraving message will look. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page.

How many letters can I have on one charm?

Iv ordered 2 other double nomination charms with free engraving it’s not letting me write what I want on it ? It say s you can get up to 44 letters but it’s not letting me do it

I have already got 2 double charms with engraving on.its no letting me put words I want on plate it says you can get 44 letters & spaces but I can’t get it I want all my granddaughters charms the same can you help

We you place the order, you can leave a note as to how you'd like the engraving to look / sit on the charm. Usually, if not specified, it would be centred.

A heart can be add provided there's room for it and it will be the same colour as the engraved writing, as we can't engraved in colours, like red for example. If you want to contact customer services with what you want engraved, they'll be able to advise if there's also room for a heart.
