I ordered the plain charm with engraving for my mothers birthday. The charm looks brilliant and the whole peocess was quick and easy with Argento. Came in nice packaging too so didnt loose anything by not getting from a branch.

Got a personalised charm for my mum for mother's Day after the birth of my son. Really unique and added an even more personal element to her bracelet. The text filled the storage and delivery was quicker than stated.

Ordered a personalised charm to celebrate the birth of my son. The writing on the charm is clear to read and well written. My only small complaint is the price I think £27 for just a charm is slightly expensive and I have a personalised one from a few years ago from Nomination and it was a lot cheaper. But other than that i’m satisfied with my purchase

Good work and fast delivrery

Ordered 3 charms and requested them to be engraved. I was unware i had mispelt a word. I was very impressed to get a phone call from a staff member asking for clarifiction on the spelling. Some companies wouldn't have bothered and went ahead and engraved with the incorrect spelling.

Was disappointed that the engraving was not as the preview had shown, particularly with regard to the font. It was certainly not as shown and the final product was not as crisp and clear as I expected. However, happy enough as the engraver used the whole space on the link well.

I bought 3 links personalised with names on them, but the writing is a bit small, and you don’t notice it unless it’s really close up.

Lovely when first arrives, engravings done well but after just a few days of wear the plate has become scratched already which is disappointing and detracts from the engraving

I ordered this hoping that it would match in with the rest of my charms. While it's great that you can have a custom engraved charm, it really does look cheap and out of place next to the rest of the charms.

The actual plate that the word is engraved on is raised up and awkward looking, and the font used to engrave looks really childish.

I don't think I would order this if I had known what the finished product would look like. Definitely not worth the price.
