Hi,
I am hoping to purchase the personalised charm with the date 18.11.15 engraved on to it. When changing the font size to 32 (the maximum size), the text still looks small and I am concerned it will look too small, almost like its being drowned out if you will. Is there any way to make the text larger so it stands out more?

If you have specific instructions or requests, there is also a free text box at the bottom right hand side of the page where you enter what message you would like engraved.

This produces the deepest and most accurate effect and clarity on even the smallest of pieces. Please be aware that when we engrave rose gold or any metal, the laser peels away the layers of that material, leaving the image or words in place. The colour will not change to be anything other than the original colour of the metal which you are engraving, which in this case is silver.

Also, depending on the product you choose, the more letters you engrave, will impact the size of the lettering and therefore how it will look visually.

We can confirm that the font called Felipa could be what you are looking for. If you select "Engrave for £5.95", enter the text you want to engrave and select "add text", that will then give you the font options. Depending on what you are engraving, once you select your font, it will then show you on the product below, what it will look like.

We can confirm that at Argento, most of our engraving is completed within five working days. If you would like this completed sooner, please tick the “next working day” delivery option at the checkout. We hope to have the order dispatched within three working days, however we cannot guarantee same day dispatch due to the nature of the skills involved. Please remember that the shipping timeframes then come into play and are therefore extra time on top of the engraving timeframes.

The colour will not change to be anything other than the original colour of the metal which you are engraving. Therefore we cannot do different colours on engraving.
If there is another image you want engraved please e-mail customer services or open a live chat and they can liaise with the engraving team on your behalf to see if they can engrave the image you want.

We would advise that you still place the order but with eight letters, to ensure that you've paid the £5.95 engraving charge, but put in the order notes what you actually want engraved.
