I bought this for my mum and had it engraved with a message from her 4 week old grandson. It was so beautiful and it had the desired effect - she cried!!

The product arrived super fast. I wasn't expecting it that fast because it was personalised. It was packaged really well and was beautifully engraved. It was a present and they loved it. It was great that it came with a gift bag and pouch. It really added that special touch. Great all round. Much better than other places I looked at!!

I bought this for my goddaughter birthday. As we don't get these type of charms in the uk it was nice to get something original & engraved for free. Free p&p is always a bonus.

Excellent service very fast and helpful had this personalised for a present for yhe bride with the wedding dates on and they kindly added a picture of his and hers rings.. I would not use anyone else this is the second charm I have had engraved 5 stars excellent communication so happy with my purchases.

Ordered this heart charm on Thursday pm it was to be engraved on both sides I paid for a quick delivery as wanted this in time for Mother’s Day

Lovely gift for my granddaughter

Lovely piece of jewellery as usual argento! I was however very disappointed that my instructions to engrave it with my special message for my mum's 75th birthday were not followed..very disappointed to say the least

I bought the charm (which is lovely) & requested some engraving, however I was a little disappointed as you can hardly see what's written. I had engraving done on a charm from somewhere else and it was really clear and seems to have a black filter on it so it's really clear.
