Hi, how many letters can i get engraved on this charm. I recently had one engraved with another company who used a laser engraving machine and it looked fab. Can you do the same and I can use you instead?

These charms can take roughly up to 25 characters per side (depending on how the characters are split between lines) and can be engraved on both sides of the heart.

Hello Aimee and thank you for your question. As per our T&C's, once a piece of jewellery has been engraved it is no longer in its original saleable condition and so cannot be resold. Unless there is fault with the engraving or jewellery we do not offer a full refund. We do however offer a 50% refund on any engraved jewellery that has been purchased online and returned within 19 days of dispatch. Any spelling errors due to incorrect information provided by you will not deemed an error by Argento. We cannot offer refunds for engraved jewellery purchased in store, unless the error is Argento’s.

At the bottom of the engraving page for this charm, there is a free text box which says, "Our professional engravers will engrave your personalised message to best fit the product. If you have specific instructions or requests please state below:" Alternatively, you could also call us on 02890473483 and we can take the order for you over the phone. Our working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

I would like to have this engraved with Junior Bridesmaid on one side and the 25th August 2017 on the other side. Is this possible and does it cost extra to have engraving on both sides

Hello Michelle and thank you for your question regarding the Nomination Silver Heart Engraving Charm.
I can confirm that this request is possible. On the webpage for this item, you will see a box which says "engrave this item", please select that. It will then bring you to the next stage and you will see two blank text boxes. Please enter Junior on one line and Bridesmaid on the other line and select the box which says "add text". You can then choose what font & size you require.
At the bottom of the page, you will see another text box which says "Our professional engravers will engrave your personalised message to best fit the product. If you have specific instructions or requests please state below:" Please enter that you would like "25th August 2017" entered on the back of the heart in this box and state again that you would like "Junior Bridesmaid" on the front of the heart and our engraver will follow these instructions.

Please ensure you click on the words to the right of the image on the product page which state, “Add Engraving? It’s Free”, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. When you see what you want engraved appear in the box to the right, click on that and the font option will appear. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page. You will also need to tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions” to proceed with any engraving order.
On a mobile site, you will see "Add Engraving? Its FREE!" in green above the product on the product page, so you need to click on that, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. Then select the box that says, “Select the element to add text to” and choose “Engraving”. You will then see text a text box / boxes, where you can add the message you want engraved. Once added, click on the words, “Add Text” which are in green below. It will then show you what you’ve engraving and if you click on the message, it will then give you an option to select a font. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page. You will also need to tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions” to proceed with any engraving order.

Hello may I enquire please.
Can you engrave other detail on this other than text? Say a butterfly?
I saw another company offering this with the words "always with me" and lots of tiny butterflies underneath. I liked this but would possibly prefer "always with you" and then the butterflies under or around. And then a personal message on back
