Got this charm for my wife, it looks well on her nomination bracelet and being able to put a personalised message on it makes it one of a kind. The delivery was when it said online and the charm was well protected in a robust package. I would not hesitate to order personalised items from Argento in the future. Was disappointed when i received my charm. It was in memory of my recently deceased parents. The writing can barely be seen, even up close. If it was done in black it would look much better. All i had was "Mum and Dad" on one line "xoxo" on another. Should state it will be minute. Very disappointed.
