Please ensure you click on the words to the right of the image on the product page which state, “Add Engraving? It’s Free”, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. When you see what you want engraved appear in the box to the right, click on that and the font option will appear. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page. You will also need to tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions” to proceed with any engraving order.

We had to get a new engraving machine, which has different capabilities than our original one. I can confirm that the new machine can engrave 11 characters per line on this charm.

Got this charm for my wife, it looks well on her nomination bracelet and being able to put a personalised message on it makes it one of a kind. Disappointed
Was disappointed when i received my charm. It was in memory of my recently deceased parents. The writing can barely be seen, even up close. If it was done in black it would look much better. All i had was "Mum and Dad" on one line "xoxo" on another. Should state it will be minute. Very disappointed.
