Hi, should the safety chains come in different sizes?

We can confirm that our new stock comes in one size, 5cms. If we have any other size available on a particular safety chain, that will be available to choose on the product page.

Does the size of the chain matters? I was told in a Pandora shop that the chain is there in case the clasp opens and it stops the bracelet falling of your hand.

The size of the chain should reflect the length of the bracelet it is worn with, both to offer a more secure fit and as a more appropriate look for your collection. For example, for a 19cm bracelet, we would recommend a 5cm safety chain, moving up or down from there depending on the size of the bracelet.

Hiya Jimbo, the safety chain sits either side of the clasp, and in the unlikely event of the clasp opening unintentionally, it stops the bracelet from falling off your wrist, and possibly losing some of your precious charms.
