Bought the granddaughter charm for a Christmas gift. The charm itself is very nice and as expected. However, it arrived in cellophane in a Jiffy bag. Surely a presentation box should have accompanied it. It’s obviously been purchased as a gift. In this case for a 9 year old. Disappointed.

The charm was lovely and my granddaughter liked it. As her Grandmother I was very surprised at how tiny it was and I couldn't read the word granddaughter.
