Got this ring to match a pendant I was given. Wasn’t sure of the ring in the photo but it’s so much prettier in real life, delicate and eye catching.

Stunning ring as slways from Pandora. Bought 3 of these rings, one each for my 3 daughters for Christmas... specified in comments while paying that I needed 3 giftbags however it arrived with only one bag. Contacted customer care to be told that I didnt ask for the extra bags when I know full well I did. I paid using paypal and clearly there was a technical issue why my comment didnt come up on the order. After showing with a screenshot where exactly i wrote the request I was still told I didnt make the extra bags request and then told I would have to pay for postage. I refused & requested for a supervisor to call me and I am still weeks later awaiting the call. Bad customer service from Argento. 1/5 gor Argento but 5/5 for the Pandora rings.
