I was delighted to receive this Minnie Mouse charm which I bought as part of my daughter's 21st birthday present. When it arrived it came complete with the Pandora paperwork, in a Pandora box and with a Pandora bag. I had been concerned about whether that would be the case before I ordered.

The only drawback I felt (and my reason for four stars) was that although it's great that P&P is free, it took a very long time to arrive with me, over a week, so do bear this in mind if buying for a special occasion.
