We can confirm that we can engrave that message. Please ensure you click on the words to the right of the image on the product page which state, “CLICK TO ADD ENGRAVING”, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. When you see what you want engraved appear in the box to the right, click on that and the font option will appear. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page. You will also need to tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions” to proceed with any engraving order.

Can you engrave on both sides of this charm, It's letting me add front and back but the website is only displaying what I type on the front?

Hi and thanks for getting in touch about the Pandora Engraving Heart Charm.
After you select the words "ADD ENGRAVING", it takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and select your font. For this charm, you need to add what you want engraved on the front of it and then there's a drop-down that you need to charge to "BACK" and that's where you then add what you want engraved on the back of the charm. It then shows this as being engraved both on the front and the back of the charm.

Hello and thank you for your question regarding the Pandora Engraving heart charm. I can confirm that we do engrave personalised handwriting as part of our engraving service. When you are on the product page and you select "Add engraving" there will be a section to upload an image of the persons handwriting and personal message. The image must be clear and on a page with no lines.
