Hi. How do you request engraving on both sides? I can only see the option to select front or back when added to basket?

Hi and thanks for getting in touch about the Pandora Engraving Heart Drop Charm.
After you select "ADD ENGRAVING" on the product page and it takes you to the next page where you add what you want engraved, make sure the drop down is on "FRONT" and then add what you want engraved and then select "ADD YOUR TEXT". You should then see that this text has been added to get engraved on the front of the charm.
You then need to change the dropdown that says "FRONT", to "BACK". Once you've done that, then add what you want engraved and again select "ADD YOUR TEXT". You should then see that this text has been added to get engraved on the back of the charm.

If you hover over the word "ENGRAVING" on the banner at the top of our homepage, it shows you some examples of the engraving. Also, once you select the words "ADD ENGRAVING" on the product page, you can add what you want engraved and then when you select the font, it shows you how each font will look.

Can you please still select "ADD ENGRAVING" on the product page and enter in what you can, but in the order notes, detail exactly what you want engraved and the team will engrave that for you. We would advise that when you please the order, you then contact customer services by email, phone or live chat, to ensure that the order has went through OK.

We can confirm that we can engrave certain symbols, such as a heart, but it would also depend on how many characters you are asking to get engraved, in case it's too much and wouldn't look right. Please place you order as normal and write in the order notes where you want a heart and if there's any queries about it, the customer service team will contact you to discuss it.

Please ensure you click on the words to the right of the image on the product page which state, “ADD ENGRAVING”, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. When you see what you want engraved appear in the box to the right, there is also a dropdown box offering the different fonts to the right of that.

To do this, please write your message on plain white paper with a black pen (no lined paper). Then take a photo of your message from above and ensure there are no shadows, that the handwriting is clear and the full message fits in the image. Then upload your image to the add engraving section of your chosen product.
