I measured my mum's wrist which was 17cm tight then added 2 cm as suggested and my wrist is the same however I can't fit it over my hand! This was a gift. Does it go over the hand or is it adjustable?

We can confirm that there's a "ridge" in the centre of the ball clasp where you can use a clasp opener to open this. Failing this, any store who stock it would be able to help you.
