you should be able to exchange in any Pandora store in the UK, as well as in any Argento store, as long as they have the correct size to exchange it for! Argento.coma also provide free returns for exchange or refund, simply view our returns page found at the botto of the website.
Please make sure that you include an instruction for a gift receipt when placing your order, you will find the space to do this at the basket page, scroll down to see the following message, "(Please note here if you would like your order to be gift wrapped (Pandora items only) or packaged discreetly. Argento will also only provide 1 gift bag per order unless specified here.)" and input your request in the box provided.
