Beautiful charm to look at on silver strand reflexions bracelet. However the charm clips over the bracelet. Firstly it keeps moving round but worse clip opened and on third wear charm was lost. I should have sent back the second time this happened, now no come back as no charm. Very disappointing!

Have reflections bracelet, bought tree of life charm, charm opened and was lost within 3 hours of purchasing. Thus is second time charm opened! Have had to get replacement for reflections bracelet within 6 months as it warped and started to unravel at edges.
Very disappointed as you have no comeback when they open and get lost!!!
