bracelet was discoloured but refund ws easily issued

The bracelet is beautiful, however the service from Argento was awful. My partner ordered from this website based on the strenght of reviews but the items took forever to arrive. I'm still waiting on some items I ordered a week ago. I have ordered and recieved items from other websites in this time. I was also charged postage and packaging, despite my order being over £30, and had to wait to have this credited back to my account.
