Returns Policy
For online purchases only. For in-store returns, please contact the store where you purchased the item.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 90 days.
- Complete the returns form on the back of your invoice or print it from our website.
- Return items unworn, in original packaging.
- For Sale and Outlet items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Ensure items are securely packaged; we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We recommend sending items by Recorded Delivery and keeping proof of postage.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 working days.
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, email us within 30 days with your order number, and we’ll arrange the return. If returned items are found to be in working order, we may charge for postage costs.
If you choose Special Delivery, Argento won’t cover the cost unless agreed in advance with our customer service team.
International Customers: For faulty items, we’ll refund return costs via your local postal service’s tracked international delivery. Courier costs are only covered if pre-arranged.
If you live near one of our stores, you can return items in person with a receipt for exchange within 90 days (14 days for Sale/Outlet items). Refunds will be processed by our customer service team, not in-store.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Argento won't accept liability for any address errors entered via our checkout. Orders will only be resent or refunded if returned to us unopened.
Returns and Exchanges on Personalised Jewellery
Once jewellery is personalised, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Spelling errors resulting from incorrect information provided to us are not our responsibility.
Exchange Policy
We cover the cost of the first exchange, with additional exchanges charged at the recorded delivery rate. Use our sizing chart to ensure the correct fit for rings and bracelets. We’ll refund any price difference if the new item costs less. For more expensive exchanges, call us on 02890 473483 to arrange payment, or tick the relevant box on the returns form, found HERE.
Earrings: These can be exchanged or refunded if returned in their original, sealed tamper-proof packaging. For hygiene reasons, tampered items cannot be returned.
Sale and Outlet Items are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (or 19 days from dispatch).

Lost in the Post
If your order hasn’t arrived, it’s considered "lost in post" after:
Royal Mail (Standard): 13 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail (Express): 12 working days after dispatch.
Evri: No tracking update after 10 working days (excluding Sundays).
DPD: 10 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends).
If your item is lost, we’ll either send a replacement or provide a refund, whichever works best for you.
For international orders, items are considered lost after 35 working days (excluding weekends).
Important: For DPD orders, written confirmation of a lost item must be provided within 7 days of dispatch. For other couriers, notify us within 20 days to make a claim.
