As we trade in the UK, all prices on this site include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20%. If you are shopping with us from outside the E.U. or a tax-exempt country such as the Channel Islands then VAT does not apply.

Our web site will automatically display all prices with the VAT deducted and you will be billed accordingly. Any local Duty and/or VAT payments required by your government for any non-EU delivery destinations are entirely the recipient’s responsibility.

Any refusal to pay these charges, resulting in an order being returned to Argento, may result in additional charges to Argento. Argento will pass these charges onto you by reducing any resulting refund the amount charged to return the order. If an order is detained at your local customs and not returned to Argento due to a refusal to pay these charges, Argento reserves the right to refuse any refund on that order

Argento reserves the right to cancel any order where the name on the billing address does not match that of the cardholder or where billing address and delivery address do not match, without further recourse to you. This is to protect both consumers and Argento. Argento may dispatch any order to billing address rather than delivery address as an alternative.

For remote addresses and international orders, your telephone number may be forwarded on to our couriers, to ensure receipt of your goods.

Argento are a chosen partner of One4all Gift vouchers for use in store. We are happy to process a telephone order using a one4all gift card but we cannot accept them via our website.

Refunds for online orders will not be issued to a One4all card under any circumstances as per One4all's terms of conditions of use, unless the product is deemed faulty upon inspection and/or Argento are unable to fulfil an order. All other instances of issuing refunds will be in the form of an Argento Gift Voucher.

At Argento we endeavour to keep stock levels as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders being processed daily there can be very rare occasions where our stock levels do not immediately reflect on the website.

In the event of an order being placed for an item of which we no longer have stock we will attempt to locate the item in one of our stores and have it dispatched directly from them.

We will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of this. If you are ordering multiple items at once we will have stocked items dispatched separately and then dispatch any missing items as soon as we receive more stock.

After you place an online order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we accept your order, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Our contract with you will come into effect at that point. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example, because an item is out of stock or because we cannot meet your delivery deadline, or for any other reason, we will not accept your order and will let you know by sending you an email to this effect. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund your payment in full (including any delivery charges) via the method you used to make the payment. We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible but in any case, within 14 days of the date of our email to you.

Argento disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site. All pictures, material, code, intellectual property and descriptions are the property of Argento Ltd and Export Technologies. It may not be copied or used without the express permission of these parties.

Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. They can be used at any time, including during sales.

No change can be given from a transaction involving a gift voucher, a voucher for the remaining money will be issued instead.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue in the United Kingdom and 5 years for those issued in Ireland.

Card details are required for online purchases with a gift voucher, however no payment will be taken unless the value of your order exceeds the value of the voucher.

Please note, Argento vouchers cannot be used in Pandora stores

www.Argento.com is an official Pandora online retailer, it dispatches only genuine Pandora manufactured goods, in Pandora packaging. We display the certified Pandora online retailer stamp on our website. Argento would like to confirm that it cannot process Pandora orders for delivery outside the UK and Ireland.

If you place an order for Pandora for delivery outside the UK and Ireland, Argento will refund all purchased Pandora items, and dispatch any other items purchased.

Argento is an authorised retailer for all brands sold on site and in store.

Due to guidelines issued by Vivienne Westwood, we can no longer accept more than three items of the same product in one order. Please place multiple orders if needed.

Argento promotions are offered on the basis of only 1 discount/promotion per order, the larger of the discount/value of promotion will be the one applied. Argento will contact you to advise in the event of any error.

Argento.com from time to time will have exclusive offers only available online which are not available in our 27 stores. Our stores will also have offers from time to time exclusively applicable to them only. Exclusive price offers online may not necessarily be reflected in store. Our online customers will benefit from these special offers.

Gift With Purchase From time to time, Argento will offer free gifts with purchases online, you will be given the opportunity to add this gift to your basket free of charge once your basket reaches the qualification value. Argento reserves the right to swap this gift with another item of similar retail value, depending on stock levels of the item published as the free gift. These gifts are not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Any orders returned (or part returned which bring your order value below the minimum spend threshold) must include the free gift.

If you have purchased a bundled set and wish to return it for a refund, the complete set must be returned. This applies to all jewellery sets, and items bought as part of our Build a Bracelet sets.

You will only be able to exchange an item for another item in the promotion, this excludes the mystery gift promotion where the free gift can’t be exchanged. If you return any part of your purchase for any reason and the total value falls below the original qualifying value, you must either return all items or pay full price for the remaining items.

If your order hasn’t arrived, the time it takes to consider it "lost in post" depends on the courier you chose:

Royal Mail (Standard): 13 working days after dispatch (Sundays not included).

Royal Mail (Express): 12 working days after dispatch (Sundays not included).

Evri: If there’s no tracking update after 10 working days (excluding Sundays), we’ll consider it lost.

DPD: 10 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends).

If your item is lost, don’t worry – we’ll either send a replacement or give you a refund, whichever works best for you.

For international orders, we’ll consider them lost after 35 working days (excluding weekends).

Important: For DPD orders, we need written confirmation that the order is lost, and you must let us know within 7 days of dispatch. For other couriers, you have 20 days to notify us. Without this, we can’t process a lost-in-post claim. You can fill out our lost in post form HERE.

At Argento, most of our personalisation is completed within two working days. The exception to this, is our range of name necklaces which may take up to 14 working days.

We hope to have the order dispatched within two working days, however we cannot guarantee same day dispatch due to the nature of the skills involved.

Once a product has been personalised, it is no longer in its original saleable condition and cannot be resold. Unless there is fault with the personalisation we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Any spelling errors due to incorrect information provided by you will not deemed an error by Argento.

For engraving, we use a high powered laser, which produces the deepest and most accurate effect & clarity on even the smallest pieces. Please be aware that when we engrave rose gold or any metal, the laser peels away the layers of that material, leaving the image or words in place. The colour will not change to be anything other than the original colour of the metal which you are engraving. Also, depending on the product you choose, the more letters you engrave, will impact the size of the lettering and therefore how it will look visually.

Depending on the personalisation requested, the engraving team may reposition it to best suit the size & layout of the charm

We cannot offer refunds for personalised products purchased in store, unless the error is Argento's.

Text which may be deemed inappropriate and/or libellous, racist or offensive will not be accepted and your order will be cancelled.

On occasions, Argento may not be able to stop your order being dispatched following receipt of a cancellation notice, due to high volume of orders and emails received. If this occurs, please be assured that this does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Argento offer a free returns service (UK only) to ensure you are able to cancel your order and return it to us with as much ease as possible, in the event that we are unable to stop your order being dispatched. Argento have up to a maximum of 30 days to process a refund following cancellation.

Argento cannot issue a refund until the cancelled items/order have been returned to us or the order was stopped prior to dispatch.

Argento allows 90 days following date of dispatch to return items for refund or exchange (20 days in the case of sale or discounted items to allow for delivery) to ensure full compliance with these regulations.
