Our Story
Starting out on the vibrant and busy streets of Belfast, Pete Boyle travelled from his hometown of Strabane to the market stalls of Belfast, Northern Ireland to sell his selection of hand-picked jewellery. Quickly discovering his craft and the public’s reaction to his jewellery, the first Argento store opened in 1997 in Belfast. Argento comes from the Italian word for silver, what Argento is best known for! Fast forward to the present day and our stores are a visual treat for the eyes, inspired by the heritage of Belfast.
