Hello Amanda, we can confirm that you can engrave 8 characters on two different lines.
Please ensure you click on the words to the right of the image on the product page which state, “CLICK TO ADD ENGRAVING”, which takes you to the next page, where you can add what you want engraved and tell us when font you want it in. When you see what you want engraved appear in the box to the right, click on that and the font option will appear. You can also leave any specific instructions for the engraving team in the free text box, at the bottom of the same page. You will also need to tick the box next to “I agree to the terms and conditions” to proceed with any engraving order. If you have any problems, just chat to us again.
