Hi and thanks for getting in touch about the Argento Silver Moon & Star Calm Spinner Ring.
We've included a link to our care guidelines which should help with this. We'd always advise never to wear jewellery in water, when washing or doing dishes, as residue may get stuck in the spinning mechanism, causing this, as something has possibly got stuck it in.
