Nomination Cubic Zirconia N Charm From  £30.00

The charm is good and the delivery was quick but I am very disappointed to find that the Nomination charm tool was not included. On the day of purchase I was told that with all purchases over € 30 a tool would be included free of charge. Also one could see the tool with the N charm in internet when I bought it. I am very unhappy about this because it is so difficult trying to put a charm on a bracelet and I am not looking forward to this at all. I would have loved to have given 5 stars for delivery and the charm but because the Tool was not with it I am sorry I had to give only 3 stars.
