Wanted a charm with a bit of colour so ordered this. It's beautiful. Ordered on Sunday, arrived 2 days later. Excellent service as always.
I bought this as part of a bundle. It was the colour I loved. Fast forward 1 week later and it’s gone! Just fell off! Contacted Argento and was told it basically wasn’t their problem. Don’t get me wrong, I fully understand that a lost charm would not normally be an Argento problem, however being told that after 1 week of being worn is unfair. Won’t buy from them again. Will go direct to Pandora.
